SORRY IF YOU’RE WANNA BE PRESIDENT YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RULES. NO EXCEPTIONS
Looks like, Gov. Rick Perry, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum and Jon Huntsman have to find the deligates for the Republican Presidental Primary somewhere other then Virginia’s Republican presidential primary ballot.
U.S. District Judge John Gibney has refused to add their names to the list of the eligible and ruled today, on Friday, January 13, 2012 that the candidates knew the rules months ago, and should have challenged Virginia’s primary qualifying rules earlier [Like before the deadline.] Perry sued last month after failing to submit enough signatures to get on the ballot. Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum and Jon Huntsman who also failed to qualify, later joined Perry’s lawsuit. They asked Gibney to declare Virginia’s law unconstitutional and add their names to the March 6 ballot. Well guess what fellow’s it sucks to be you today.
