QUOTES TO LIVE FOR:
#10   SHOWCASING HOW AMAZINGLY UNPREPARED YOUR OPPONENT IS FOR THE ROLE OF COMMANDER IN CHIEF

"You mention the Navy, for example, and that we have fewer ships than we did in 1916. Well governor, we also have fewer horses and bayonets," Obama said during the final presidential debate. "We have these things called aircraft carriers and planes land on them. We have these ships that go underwater, nuclear submarines..."
There you go, and you thought watching the last debate, a debate about foreign policy, would be a waste of time. You wouldn’t learn anything new about either of these candidates.
Well during last night sit-down, the President showcased who is up to the task at hand and why his challenger isn't ready to take us forward.

The highlight for me of the debate is the above quote by President Barack Obama who slammed Republican Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney for his repeated attack over the size of the Navy under Obama’s watch. Trying to showcase his expertise on foreign policy, or as we discovered his lack of experience. Slam dunk for the President.

ANOTHER MYTH DEBUNKED
HONESTLY IS EVERYTHING THIS MAN SAYS MADE-UP, OR WORSE?
"Governor Romney was a tremendous proponent of bringing women into the state. There's no doubt about it," Bramson said. "But the impetus for this was not Governor Romney, but this other organization, MassGAP."
Mermell, a Democrat and town official in Brookline, Mass., said Romney did not request any names after his 2002 election. Instead, she said MassGAP approached Romney's team as part of its effort, begun before the election, to make sure that more women were appointed to senior positions in the new administration.
It seems Mitt Romney has done stepped in it again. Another speech, another miss statement. How does he do it?  This time his usual 'Myth' building had to do with not answering a question dealing with women's equality in the work place. Instead of answering Mitt went onto this tangent about how he went on a search far and wide, to find qualified women fore his cabinet. Wow, what a champion for women's rights he is. Really?
Of course, as it always seems to be the case with Mitt, the reality turns out to be more myth then reality. And whats worse, the impetus on getting more women wasn’t even his idea, it was other peoples.

QUOTES TO LIVE FOR:
#9   Saying in one simple statement exactly what makes someone a leader
"It's like when we were on "The View" ... I'm literally sitting there listening to him just lay out things in a conversational way, and I'm thinking, he's right! This is where we need to go."
What a contrast Michelle Obama is, or should I correctly write the First Lady of the United States, First Lady Michelle Obama; what an example for any person to follow. If I had a daughter, I’d hope one of her idols was Mrs. Obama. For what a classy lady she is.
Mr. Obama, as he has said numerous times is one lucky man. And we as a nation is way lucky that his lady is such a great example for us all.
Anyway, back to what this is about. Mrs. Obama, expressed exactly what I feel makes her husband the ideal person to run our country. As opposed to Mitt Romney, who simply doesn’t get it. Every single statement seems to be a study in what not to say or how not to say it.

QUOTES TO LOSE CAMPAIGN AN ELECTION:
#21   ACTING DUMB DURING THE DEBATE, MISTER BUSINESS SHOULD KNOW BETTER
“I have no idea what you’re talking about. I maybe need to get a new accountant," Romney shot back. "The idea that you get a break for shipping jobs overseas is simply not the case.
Here we go again, I know I’ve been harping on Mitt Romney’s lies during last weeks debate (2012 #1 of 3). But I read an article today which happily had me writing some more on my current ‘favorite' subject. The Lies of Mitt.
Obama's Debate Claims On Tax Writeoffs For Offshoring Hold Up: Fact Checkers’ published today on The Huffington Post By Dave Jamieson (Link below) Discusses something that bothered me that Mitt Romney said during the debate. I listened to this section of the speech a few times, cause it sounded a little odd. Especially when I witnessed President Obama’s obvious surprise at Mitt’s answer. And luckily as Mr. Jamieson’s article explains, Mitt’s shock at the news that business gets tax breaks for shipping jobs over seas showcases what a freaking liar he is. I just wished he was asked about his personal banking policy, cause why else would you send your money overseas, unless it was to make more money on it.
We have been inundated by the ‘facts’ of Mitt’s business mind. I mean it is the reason he is running for the Presidency after all, isn't it? That's what really separates him from the other warnabees and our current President. The whiz-kid of the boardroom will fix everything that ails our system of government. If Mitt is as stupid as to, either believe we (the voters) would be gullable to believe he doesn’t know or worse that he 'really' doesn’t know. Simply put, do you really want a president who doesn’t know this basic business decision or knows and lies through his teeth telling us he doesn't.

QUOTES TO LIVE FOR:
 #8
DISCOVERING THAT YOU AREN’T THE ONLY ONE ON EARTH THAT AGREES WITH YOUR OPINION
"I don’t know whether to blame Lehrer or the president but it was kind of amazing cause Romney was not only saying things that are not true, he was saying things that his own campaign had previously said weren’t true," Paul Klugman said.
During this mornings, ABC News' "This Week" Sunday, which aired earlier today, The Nobel Prize-winning economist, Paul Krugman amazingly expressed the same opinion as myself, on what I felt occurred during the first Debate which occurred on Wednesday evening, October 3rd, 2012. By showcasing a problem that is truly relevant in today’s media coverage... the lack of calling a ‘spade’ a spade... no pun intended.
Too many politicians get away with simply telling lies. Half-truths are the norm.
But what was on display during the debate was simply astonishing in its scope. There were moments that it seemed our President almost spit out his water, holding in his smirks in obvious disbelief in what he was hearing. The flip-flopper had outdone himself. Possibly, revealing the true Mitt Romney. Or maybe simply this weeks version. Finally expressing a sad truth in todays political reporting...
“The press just doesn’t know how to handle flat-out untruths."
Maybe because of Mitt’s historic verbal abuse of the truth during debate #1, that in the long run the lies begin to correct the presses’ failures in reporting or simply doing their job.

SO MITT WON THE DEBATE... AND FOR ONCE HE HAD ALL THE FACTS, REALLY?
SORRY, FACTS...  LOL ... MORE LIKE LIES...  OR BETTER YET... TOTAL BULLSH*T
During the debate, Mitt Romney accused President Obama of mischaracterizing several parts of his agenda, from taxes to Wall Street reform. Romney told the president that as the father of five sons, "I'm used to people saying something that's not always true but just keep on repeating it and ultimately hoping I'll believe it."
So that's how you learned your method of lying Mitt. Thanks for explaining how you've come up with your daily commentary. Keep repeating your false statements about stuff, till people begin to believe. Eg. That our President isn't American.
At another point, Romney said, "Mr. President, you're entitled to your own house and your own airplane, but not your own facts."
One small problem Mitt, your facts were complete and utter lies. Whoops. I mean everyone keeps saying you had all the 'facts' during the debate. Sorry Mitt, a fact is stating a truth. Not making stuff up. I mean just cause you throw the shit, doesn't mean any of it will stick. But Mitt, careful when you step down. Cause you're wading up to your neck in it.

WHO WAS THAT IN THE DEBATE AGAINST THE PRESIDENT?
CAUSE IT CERTAINLY WASN'T MITT ROMNEY

Luckily or not, I missed the debate ‘live’. So I first heard some the Talking Heads discuss. Basically how bad President Obama did. That he basically let Mitt walk all over him. To be honest, several, mentioned Mitt’s Etch’a’Sketch performance.
After over an hour of hearing all kinds of talking heads basically agree that Obama was ‘asleep’ at the wheel. And Mitt is now in the race ... ? Guess Governor Christie was right.
After I had had my full of all the B.S. I sat back and watched The Debate.
I guess I must be completely crazy. Cause what I watched wasn’t exactly what I heard described by most of the talking heads. I will admit that Romney was ‘for’ Romney amazing. I also must say he really was wired to perform tonight, and his answers actually sounded logical.  And if I had never had heard anything about or from I might actually be interested. But I have witnessed ‘years’ of Mitt’s Presidential quest.
But sounding logical and actually answering the questions truthfully aren’t the same things. And the Mitt Romney we witnessed during this debate was literally a completely out of the blue Mitt Romney. It was like another candidate was playing Romney’s part. The problem here of course is that most everything he said, wasn’t what he has been promoting.
And simply put he really hogged the camera. Several times I wanted them to silence his mike, I am actually astonished how composed our President was (I mean how many times can a candidate lie). Every time our President pointed out one of Romney’s Platforms, Romney turned around and said, ‘That’s not my policy’ I would never do that. My policy is... I love everything. Simply put, I’m amazed our President didn’t do one of Gore’s ‘big’ mistakes, his ‘sign’s’ each time Bush lied during their debate. As usual our President kept above the fray, showcasing his intelligence.
I truly wish they had had ‘Fact Checkers’ for this debate, cause Mr. Romney was so over the line here that he actually made Ryan’s Convention speech seem truthful.
I do agree with some of the complaints against the President. He should have brought up the 47%. He should have been more forceful especially when Mitt wouldn’t shut up. I know he needs to look civilized, but I’m sorry Mitt lied straight face. After an hour President Obama earned the right to say something pointed (at least).
A Shout out to the Rev. Al Sharpton for seeing right thru his lies, and showcasing exactly what we witnessed tonight. And I agree completely with his assessment that once people look at what Romney said at the debate against what he has been saying before the debate... But as we know Mitt ‘Never Apologizes' right.
That said, I think it was a pretty close debate, and I’m sticking to my opinion.
