"Rape and incest was used as a reason to oppose this," Winder said on the Senate floor. "I would hope that when a woman goes in to a physician with a rape issue, that physician will indeed ask her about perhaps her marriage, was this pregnancy caused by normal relations in a marriage or was it truly caused by a rape. I assume that's part of the counseling that goes on."Enough already..., when will these idiots stop thinking they know best when it comes to women's health issues. And why are don't all those who spout off just shut the hell up. I'm sorry none of these politicians have any medical background. None are doctor's. None have medical anything. Ok, yes, some might have watched ER once or twice. They don't even claim they have medical know-how.
