MISTER ROMNEY YOU'VE BEEN FOUND OUT
HE'S PROF HAROLD HILL OF 'MUSIC MAN' FAME
Unfortunately he's hasn't gotten his foot stuck in the door yet!  But if he's elected, we will.  But me think Ms. Rachel Maddow has delivered the knock-out punch. In a scolding Pulitzer's worthy investigative report. Ms. Maddow has smoked the golden goose. The flimflam artist has been uncovered. His cloak of description has been torn asunder.
From his lies about his home in Mass. To his current smoke-screen about his taxes Rachel showed in beautiful chronological and with video and documented proof showcased how Mr. Romney had by-passed the laws. Lied under oath about his taxes (in 2002) and sidestepped the questions for literally decades. Fudging facts to his advantage. Literally backdating and tax forms for political purposes.
But watching him evade questions in his European picture tour the similarities between him and the brilliant Robert Preston's Harold Hill smacked me straight in the face.  Of course, big difference here, the great Mr. Preston had charisma to spear, something that Mitt has none of.
It's quite amazing how seemingly without a hitch, on any subject, his speeches message changes from one audience to the next.  Somehow successfully evading any real answers to any and all questions.  The problem with traveling salesmen, and flimflam man is that once the mask has been lifted, what is revealed can be quite scary.

QUOTES TO LOSE CAMPAIGN AN ELECTION:
#20   SAYING THAT OUR PRESIDENT HAS LIED ON PAST DEBATES WITHOUT FACTUAL TRUTHS, DOES THIS MAN HAVE NO DIGNITY?
“I think the challenge that I’ll have in the debate is that the president tends to, how shall I say it, to say things that aren’t true,” Romney said. “I’ve looked at prior debates. And in that kind of case, it’s difficult to say, ‘Well, am I going to spend my time correcting things that aren’t quite accurate? Or am I going to spend my time talking about the things I want to talk about?”
Mitt, Mr. Romney you have officially become a PRICK!!! How dare you, to imply that our President has lied, will lie on the upcoming debate. No proof, no facts, no nothing, lets just throw out a bogus claim, against our President.
Of course listening to Mitt, one honestly doesn't know what to believe when he speaks. Perhaps, he's letting us know that he's gonna lie his ass off during the debates, so if I warn everyone about the 'other' candidate they'll miss all of my verbal gaffs. How not to earn the White House.
Maybe he is seeking help. Look at him when he speaks, watch is body language, he looks kind of constipated. and not in a good way.

QUOTES TO LIVE FOR:
#7   I GUESS THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL A DOUBLE NEGATIVE
"We will never have the media on our side, ever, in this country," Santorum, a former Pennsylvania senator, told the audience at the Omni Shoreham hotel. "We will never have the elite, smart people on our side."
On Saturday, former presidential candidate Rick Santorum put both feet into his big mouth when he attacked the media and "smart people" both at the same time in a speech to the Values Voter Summit.
"We will never have the media on our side, ever, in this country," Santorum, a former Pennsylvania senator, told the audience at the Omni Shoreham hotel. "We will never have the elite, smart people on our side."
The media "doesn't like the other side,"
Santorum said. "And not necessarily, I would argue, because they agree with them, but because they can influence the country.
Simply astonishing, does he realize how dumb he sounds.  I mean, logically woldn't you want the smart people on your side. Meaning, you are correct in your theories and your ideas. I guess the world is flat.

HERE'S MY FIRST POLITICAL POSTER
I THINK IT SAYS IT ALL
Sorry about the absence here. Been having trouble logging into the site, and well... blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. No excuses, but sorry is all.  Lots of stuff has been happening, hopefully I'll be able to add a few new articles before the big Election event coming up in November...
Now to todays's entry... I've illustrated a portrait of our President, and have decided to use it in a poster design... here is my first attempt.
Hope you like the art and the poster.  Let me know.  Please forward and share the poster. If one more person votes for President Obama because of my poster, then my job is done.

SO IT'S THE 'LAW OF  THE LAND'  HEALTHCARE SURVIVES
EAT THAT REPUBLICANS
The Affordable Healthcare Act has survived. The Supreme Court today (finally) upheld in full President Obama's biggest accomplishment as President. Take that you people who don't think everyone deserves healthcare.
Of course the Republicans have already spun it as a new tax by the President. So take that Obama, you are a Tax President. I'm sure he'll take the insult, as long as he can say he kept his promises. He campaigned on something and lordly be, he delivered.

THIS IS TOTAL BULL SH–T
ETCH A SKETCH MY ASS

Top Mitt Romney adviser Eric Fehrnstrom has now completely gone insane. The scary part of his eye-opening, from left-field statement, is how many people actually might believe him.
“His position on the bailout was exactly what President Obama followed,” Fehrnstrom said. “He said, ‘If you want to save the auto industry, just don’t write them a check. That will seal their doom. What they need to do is go through a managed bankruptcy process.’”
“The only economic success that President Obama has had is because he followed Mitt Romney’s advice,” Fehrnstrom added.
Luckily history and the internet will forever remember Mitt Romney’s now infamous New York Times op-ed. piece penned in a November 2008. Headlined “Let Detroit Go Bankrupt,” the piece closed with these words:
“In a managed bankruptcy, the federal government would propel newly competitive and viable automakers, rather than seal their fate with a bailout check,” Romney wrote.
Not exactly what our President did do for the auto industry Mitt, instead, is plan saved the auto industry which, in fact seems to have come back better then could have been expected.

FIRST THE DEMOCRATS, AND NOW  THE NAACP, GUESS ITS TIME FOR ILLEGALS?
HEY MITT SEEMS TO ME, HE'S YOUR PERFECT RUNNING MATE
"There's a certain statement he made about Communists," Jerry Gore, president of the Martin County NAACP, told Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers. "That statement alone ... we do not represent that type of atmosphere."
Wow... Maybe, sometimes one's crazy personal impressions of others should be kept to themselves. Sometime putting your asinine beliefs out there can bite you in the ass. Isn't that true Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.)  But, thanks for not heeding my advice. One might think, after his latest zinger (telling constituents at a town hall meeting that some 80 House Democrats "are members of the Communist Party. It's called the Congressional Progressive Caucus.") people in his state might vote for someone else to represent them now. But the way this year is shaking out, instead of choosing a possible slam-dunk V.P. pick like a Jeb Bush or a Gov. Chris Christie, Romney will opt for a Allen West. And there you have it.

TAR BABY! TAR BABY!
WHAT NEXT MICHELE,  ANY WHITE HOODIES IN YOUR CLOSET
"This is just about waving a tar baby in the air and saying that something else is a problem," said Bachmann in an interview with the conservative blog The Shark Tank. "I have never seen a more irresponsible president who is infantile in the way that he continually blames everyone else for his failure to first diagnose the problem and second to address the problem."
Well 'he' may not have an answer to your query (in your opinion), but I certainly do. You know what the problem is, you (low-rent dressed-up white-trash uneducated tax clerk... Sorry had to get that out of me) Know what the problem is, it's people like yourself. You masquerade your truth in pretty clothes and lipstick, but it doesn't hide the ugliness that lies inside. "Tar Baby!" wham bam thank you Mame. There you have it. The truth will set you free. Michele Bachmann you are a bigot. There you go. Phew imagine if your running mate would have been Herman Cain.
My one complaint, you couldn't have expressed your feelings on the subject on one of the debates. Then this disgusting bigoted moment in time would be a real issue in this campaign, as opposed to a blip on the radar screen.
All I can say is thank the powers that be that you will never be sitting in the Oval office leading our nation into oblivion. You racist 'bit*h'. There I said it. Now go ahead an make excuses like you didn't know. It's news to you. If that's true, then you are definitely aren't up to the job of the presidency of the PTA, let alone of the country. Just go away.

ENOUGH ALREADY
HE SAVED US FROM THE BRINK, GIVE HIM SOME SLACK
Besides what he's preaching seems tame as compared to what Mitt has proposed. Wire hangers anyone (yes I went there). I'm sorry if because of their assaults on women's right, on their bodies, on their most private decisions causes one unlucky young girl to even contemplate the idea of using the old 'standard' method for all those harlots and illegals to abort their unwanted babies. And God forbid if even one dies because of the (I'll use it) Republican War on Women. They should all go to Hell. How dare they. What ever happened to the Government staying out of people's lives. Isn't that their mantra. I'm sorry but the more they attack women's rights (looking at the spokesperson's for their brethren , seemingly all middle-aged pot-bellied white men who preach their economic beliefs like its the gospel, and those who oppose them are called communist or worse).
Question, anyone out there believe that any of these other clowns (that includes you Mitt Romney), would have fixed the problems he's had to face. I seem to recall that it was their policies that got us here in the first place. So now that it's working, let's scrap Obama's gains and go back to the good old days. So let's blame the president, after all he's in charge. I mean with all the help that he' received from their side of aisle it's amazing our country hasn't gone bankrupt. Everything that he's attempted they tried to stop. Everything.
Obama was elected in an almost landslide election, yet they seemed to rule the land. The people's mandate was overruled by a bunch of zealots whose belief in their ways superseded any sense of reality. How far gone do we need to fall before any of them sees that it's at least possible that their ways caused all this mess. And to return to those ways again wouldn't work. All along they have fought him, in their seemingly never-ending quest for tax breaks for the wealthy, as he has had to almost seemingly on his own save our country from default. Passed Obama-Care, trying to at least finally fix healthcare. He helped finally to end or at least wind down our involvements in the Bush Wars. Oh and by the way he saved the auto-industry from (it seems) the republican party's wishes. And oh remember that little nuisance, Bin Laden, enough said.
This whole rant started cause I was discussing my latest painting, a portrait of President Obama, and well the person who was talking to me was, (let's say) not too happy with Obama, "He blew it. I voted for him last time, but I'm not sure about it this time." Huh. In my utter disbelief, right in front of me standing there was the biggest problem that's facing Obama's chances of being reelected. This disconnect that people seem to have with what our President has accomplished. How soon people forget how bad it was. What Obama stepped into.
Then he expressed his biggest frustration with the President, "He always blames somebody else for the problems. He wanted to be President. He's in charge, quit bringing up Bush." I tried to reason with him, but soon realized it was of no use. So I changed the subject. But it really bothered me that this disconnect with the truth will give Mr. Roboto a possible chance at being victorious in November.

GETTING A TAX REFUND NOW COMES WITH A FEE
DON'T THE BANKS GET ENOUGH OF OUR MONEY, NOW THERE'S A FEE FOR WITHDRAWING OUR TAX REFUNDS
A funny thing happened this week, my mother received her big $63 tax refund from New York State. No the big $63 check wasn't the funny, the funny thing was that I discovered what Bank of America is pulling in regards to charging a withdrawal fee from their banks, after the first initial withdrawal. Huh?
Mind you, I haven't received a refund in the mail in several years (the joys of being a freelancer). But, as I remember, receiving my refund always came with no surprises. Whatever you got, you earned. I presume this debit card scam, came about because the government figured people would prefer a debit card instead of the good old fashioned check. Now a days, it kind of makes sense. Well, this debit thing was a complete surprise to my mother. And once my mother received the it, she couldn't stop bitching and complaining about receiving it (you see she hates debit cards).
Well today, my mother came in to whine because she discovered in the small print on the how-to-use-the-debit-card brochure (which came with the debit card) that there was this withdrawal fee. When I read it I was amazed to discover that she was right. That after the initial withdrawal, each successive withdrawal costs you a buck. That's $1.00. That is correct. The banks are making money off of our tax refunds. What brainiac came up with this plan. Doesn't the bank charge us enough fees.
Once I got over my initial outrage. I decided to call up my local congresswoman, figuring this is something that she as my elected official should be aware of. And should do something about. To rid us of another unnecessary banking fee. Congresswoman Helene Weinstein, wasn't in, but I spoke to her male assistant. It seems that in fact according to her aide, that on the tax form itself, where you mark how you want your refund returned. There is a fee (as the brochure explains) if you wish to receive a debit card. My mom swears she never approved this.
I told the gentlemen that's well and good. So at least its in writing, but it doesn't make it correct. And it seems my mother hadn't a clue she had agreed on this. How dare they charge for people withdrawing money from their refund. When the gentlemen then said, "that my mother could call up and cancel the debit card and actually receive a good old fashioned refund check" I explained thats good for my mother but what about the thousands of people who might be getting charged for withdrawing and not being aware of it.

SHE SHOOTS, SHE SCORES
IS IT ME, BUT ME THINKS HILARY ROSEN HIT THE BULLS-EYE WITH HER REMARKS
Before you shoot the messenger, listen to my reasoning. While its true as President Obama correctly expressed "spouses should never be in the debate" the fact is Mitt Romney did bring his wife into the equation. (A) He listens to his wife. Therefore (B) his wife's experience helps influence his decisions. And (C) while it's also true that being a housewife and a mother is a 'real' job, there is a big difference between the experience of Mrs Romney to the vast majority of women in America. The big difference of course is money. It was her decision not to work, she had the option.
Obviously we can never really compare anybody's lives. And Mrs. Romney appears to be an amazingly perfect potential first wife to be. (Mitt you did good.) And I fully understand how difficult that must have been doing that as Mrs. Romney did while she had her medical issues.
But the truth here is that she really hasn't had to deal with the real world money worries. When it comes to finances, I'm pretty sure she never wanted for anything. She never had to choose between seeing a doctor or skipping a meal. She never had to worry about being thrown out into the street because she was a day late on rent. I'm sorry that's how I see it.
Hilary Rosen might have expressed it wrong, but the sentiments were correct. And I'm sorry, to try to make a political issue out of this is really ridiculous.

SO NOW ITS MITT
SO NOW THE FUN REALLY BEGINS
So the predictors, the political talking heads and the news media was correct. It seems it's Mitt Romney as the Republican whose earned the right to go up against our President.
Of course Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich are still running, but this is reality. And the reality is that the Republicans have picked a man whose big campaign message is that the economy is growing too slowly.
Romney can't come out and say our country is going in the wrong direction, since he knows that it is on the right track. I guess he should send thank you cards to his friends in Washington. It seems all the games that the Republicans pulled in Congress and the Senate helped slow down what could have been a better and stronger growth. Perhaps unemployment would be under 8 or 7% already. With their agenda to stop anything from occurring during his time in office, it's astonishing how much better shape our economy is.
The scary thing with Mitt Romney is that he seems to have already started naming people who would be in his cabinet, his advisors if you will. And guess who he's going for, that's right former President Bush's advisors, that's junior, not senior. So in fact he's fully planning to go backwards. Mitt it seems has completely forgotten the destructions these idiots (and in my view point criminals) did while in control. Not to mention a few Wars.
Thankfully we've been lucky enough to have elected a president who actually knows what he's doing. And luckily he's got to face Mitt Romney in November. Of course after the last six months, who really knows which Romney President Obama would be facing. At least we know which President Obama is running.

LETS SEE, WE'VE ATTACKED ABORTION, CONTRACEPTION, EDUCATION, THE GAY LIFE STYLE AND ILLEGAL ALIENS... LETS GO AFTER EQUAL PAY
WOMEN TAKE OFF THOSE HIGH HEELS AND GET BACK INTO THE KITCHEN
So now women are earning too much. How dare they exact equal pay for equal hours. Heck they are only women, they are second class citizens. Heck, if they all quit their jobs, stay home, all the men could get the jobs. Unemployment would go down to zero. Heck aren't those republicans geniuses.
Amazingly Mitt Romney who is probably gonna be the Republican candidate has stupidly latched onto Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's platform... not in my book a wise move.
I will say this one last time (I hope), this is America. We are all equal. Equal rights and equal pay. No one deserves to get paid more then anyone else because he's got an appendage between his legs. Unfortunately for us, these ingrates seem to have their brains in the places where their Johnson's should be.

REPUBLICAN NAZI'S SHOW THEIR TRUE FEELINGS
SCREW COMPASSION, IF YOU'RE GAY YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET
Last month a Christian, family-values lobbying group convinced Arizona lawmakers to kill an anti-bullying bill that it said carried a gay friendly agenda, according to the Arizona Daily Star. The state Senate's minority leader, David Schapira, blamed the president of the lobbying group for killing the bill, calling her a "legislative terrorist.""Cathi Herrod, an unelected lobbyist, killed a bill that would protect all Arizona kids purely because of her intolerance of gay kids," he said.
So now it seems it's alright for Gays to be bullied. I mean, for God's sake they are sinning, right?. The absolute gall of these ingrates, to actually vote down bullying legislation because it also protects 'The Gays' is in my mind a crime, and a sin.
What is it about so-called good Christian's that they showcase so much hatred to what they perceive are the sinners. Wouldn't it be more holy to try to help the 'less fortunate' amongst us.
Amazingly these sad excuses for human beings would rather kids be harassed, chased, beat-up, abused, verbally assaulted, emotionally scarred, and in many cases have their lived ruined; then to pass a bill that would protect everyone.
How sad. How despicable. The fact that the subject of bullying has finally been addressed is fantastic, a little late if you ask me, but still good jobs politicians. But to throw a wrench into it, by using a bigoted mindset, is I'm sorry simply too despicable to simply be quiet about.
To hate a person so much because of their sexual preference, that you're willing to let innocent kids be hurt in any capacity is simply beneath anything I can imagine. These hateful people should all look in the mirror closely, and prayer that none of their loved ones get bullied or worse. Cause if they do, I hope they feel the guilt of the pain they inflicted on the innocent.

THE AUDACITY OF (THE) DOPE... A.K.A., ORRIN HATCH
HOPING SOMETHING THEY THROW OUT THIS TIME, MIGHT STICK
Simply amazing. On Wednesday, Democratic leaders dismissed Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch's warning to supporters that Democrats might attack the Mormon faith of Mitt Romney during the presidential campaign. Hatch made the remark in response to a question at a political event Tuesday night in northern Utah, and repeated the point Wednesday night after a debate in Draper, Utah. Of note, Hatch, who is also a Mormon, is seeking a seventh term in the Senate"For them to say they aren't going to smear Mitt Romney is bologna," Hatch said. "It's way out of bounds, but that's what is going to happen."
The chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, described that suggestion as "preposterous" and "utter nonsense." During an interview  with MSNBC, she said the party wouldn't stoop to the same levels as Republicans. "Let's remember that President Obama has had so many things hurled at him – birth certificate questions, whether he is or is not a Christian," Wasserman Schultz said.
As President Obama might say, the The Audacity of Orrin Hatch... To actually suggest that our President,  would stoop as low as some of the Republicans have gone is a laugh. To even suggest that Obama would go there, to Romney's religious beliefs is a joke. And a bad one. But since we all know that our current President isn't really an American, (I mean Hawaii isn't even on the main land). We all know, well as least some of us have realized that this is the typical B.S. by the Republicans. They throw out stuff, bitching about what the other side is doing or planning to do; but in reality they do the exact same thing or worse.
Perhaps next week they'll throw out that Obama was seen in Black Face make-up... That one is a little more believable then this latest B.S..

THE 'BLUE' BALLS CANDIDATE
IT EXPLAINS HIS ANTI-CONTRACEPTION STANCE
According to Reuters' Sam Youngman, Santorum told a young man at South Lanes Bowling and Pizza in La Crosse to avoid using the femininely colored ball. "You're not going to use the pink ball," the former Pennsylvania senator said. "We're not gonna let you do that. Not on camera."At the prompting of another reporter, Santorum also quipped, "friends don't let friends use pink balls."
So finally the truth is revealed. In one big swoop we've discovered that not only is Rick Santorum a closet Homophobe, but he also came up with the best campaign slogan for his non-contraceptives campaign. You too can have 'Blue Balls', vote for Santorum. Abstinence is a straighter color.... Pun intended. How about: Go blue or go hide in a closet.
What are blue balls? What exactly happens when a guy gets blue balls? Or is this just a myth? Blue balls are not just a figment of a male's imagination or a lame excuse to try and get you in the sack. Though it doesn't happen to all men, it is a very real condition that results from a prolonged state of sexual arousal. When a guy is physically turned on, blood flows to his penis, which is what gives him an erection, and his testicles, causing them toswell. If he doesn't ejaculate, there is a buildup of pressure, and his supersensitive balls feel the brunt of it. The sensation can range from a mild ache to worse-than-getting-kicked-in-the-crotch pain. But thebottom line is, it's not dangerous, and he can deal with it, whether that means giving himself a helping hand or just waiting it out. The blood will eventually drain, and any discomfort will disappear on its own. In case you were wondering, it's called blue balls because the blood that's been in the scrotum for a while loses oxygen and can give the appearance of a bluish tinge -- although it sounds like something guys came up with to express just how sad they are that they can't come!  According to Cosmo.com
Simply astonishing these candidates these days. It's freaking 2012, and here's this idiot running for President trying to ruin a young person's mind with old school homophobic jokes. Why not tell the kid if you pull out, the girl can't get pregnant, you ingrate. What next Rick, want to insult the Jews, or the Polish too.

QUOTES TO GET SMACKED FOR:
#7  MAKING EVEN THE MOST DECENT COMMENT INTO A POLITICAL STATEMENT
"If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon." Obama said, underscoring how the issue affected him on a personal level. "I think [Trayvon's parents] are right to expect that all of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves, and we are going to get to the bottom of exactly what happened."
After the President's brilliant commentary about the tragedy of  the Trayvon Martin indecent, one would think that they would at least keep the politics out of this event. Perhaps use the tragedy as a way to fight for the repeal of the "Stand Your Ground" defense. But instead we simply get stupidity. The unholy duo Gingrich and Santorum, each came out against the beautiful sentiment by using the tragedy as a political event.
"It's not a question of who that young man looked like," he said. "Any young American of any ethnic background should be safe, period. We should all be horrified, no matter what the ethnic background. Is the president suggesting that, if it had been a white who'd been shot, that would be OK, because it wouldn't look like him? That's just nonsense."  Newt Gingrich
"What the president of the United States should do is try to bring people together, not use these types of horrible tragic individual cases to try to drive a wedge in America."  Rick Santorum
How despicable can you get.  How low can you go.

YOU WANT A JOB, GIVE US YOUR PASSWORD
WE NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING, PRIVACY BE DAMNED!
How sad, now that Facebook has cemented itself as the way the world communicates, organizes, and changes the very structure of societies, its nowalso gonna now be its chief aid to investigating perspective employees. Huh, how did that happen? When?
How did a simple hobby, a fun way to kill time, a great way to keep in touch with family and friends, become the latest way for people to invade your privacy. To investigate if you are worthy of their measly low pay jobs.
So now when applying for a job, your new employer requires your Facebook 'password' , really. Huh, and why? I kind of understand why they need your financial information, we wouldn't want a secret millionaire working for us. I mean we should have complete  power over our workers shouldn't we. But your Facebook password? Why do you need to learn how many friends that you have, and who they are? Give me a break. It's scary enough when politicians discuss allowing employers the power over their employees medical coverage. But now they want our passwords to our Facebook accounts. In a word, no. How dare they?
Talk about the destruction of free speech, the ramifications to the very fabric of our way of life if this request becomes the norm. People have put their most personal information on Facebook. Some possibly are on, 24/7. Now I understand the logic in this, employees want to see what and who they are hiring. See if they might be interviewing a crazed terrorist. A person with shall we say an unsavory past with bad connections.
And there's one big, big problem that has nothing to do with just the Facebook privacy issues, the real big problem could be even worse. Survey after survey showcase that most people only use one password for everything. So if you are forced to give up your password, in theory that means they can get into everything you are linked up to. For example, your bank accounts, scared yet?
And I'm very happy that U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal said that such a practice is an "unreasonable invasion of privacy for people seeking work." And intelligently he continued:"These practices seem to be spreading, which is why federal law ought to address them. They go beyond the borders of individual states and call for a national solution," said Blumenthal, who first spoke to Politico on Wednesday. The AP also reported this week that some private and public agencies around the country are asking job seekers for their social media credentials.
Finally the Internet is doing what it seems best suited to to. Unite the people's are our world. Bringing the world closer then ever before. Helping people improve their lives. Changing our world for the better, in fact as history has already showcased, bringing freedom to millions of people around the world. Again I can understand the logic of perspective employers wanting to learn about who they might be hiring, but I'm sorry this is simply too intrusive. I'm sorry job offerers' if you want that information, you're just gonna have to wait till a crime occurs. And you won't get the information anyway, the police would.

QUOTES TO LIVE FOR:
 #6   TALK ABOUT A GAME-CHANGING MOMENT
WAS MITT ROMNEY JUST ETCH A SKETCHED RIGHT INTO OBLIVION
"Well, I think you hit a reset button for the fall campaign. Everything changes. It's almost like an Etch a Sketch. You can kind of shake it up and we start all over again."
Eric FehrnstromMitt Romney's top adviser, on CNN Wednesday morning made possibly the worst political gaffe of this entire campaign season. Basically saying that the positions taken by the former Massachusetts governor during the GOP primary campaign were as erasable as a drawing on an Etch a SketchThe obvious problem is that the analogy hits the bulls-eye when describing Mitt's changing pronouncements.
And the ironies that Bain Capital, Romney's old company which specialized in profits for management by outsourcing America jobs overseas; also took over Ohio Art's, the company that makes the Etch a Sketch products. And the irony here of course being that possibly for the rest of his life, Romney might be known at the Etch a Sketch failure.

QUOTES TO GET SMACKED FOR:
#6  WHEN MEN WITH NO MEDICAL BACKWARD THINK THEY KNOW BEST FOR WOMEN
The sponsor of an Idaho mandatory ultrasound bill, state Sen. Chuck Winder, made some highly controversial comments Monday. Winder, a Republican from Boise, responded to those concerns by raising the question of whether women understand when they have been raped.
"Rape and incest was used as a reason to oppose this," Winder said on the Senate floor. "I would hope that when a woman goes in to a physician with a rape issue, that physician will indeed ask her about perhaps her marriage, was this pregnancy caused by normal relations in a marriage or was it truly caused by a rape. I assume that's part of the counseling that goes on."
Enough already..., when will these idiots stop thinking they know best when it comes to women's health issues. And why are don't all those who spout off just shut the hell up. I'm sorry none of these politicians have any medical background. None are doctor's. None have medical anything. Ok, yes, some might have watched ER once or twice. They don't even claim they have medical know-how.
